Designed by James Grose of Bligh Voller Nield, the building is located on one of the best sites in the Docklands. On the southern side of Victoria Harbour, adjacent to Harbour Esplanade, it is the first to enjoy a northerly aspect over the water. But the main advantage is the opportunity to move away from the typology of the office tower and adopt a more lateral profile.
