St.John the Baptist Church – Poiana Brasov, Romania

St. John the Baptist Church is a wooden church located in the ski resort town of Poiana Brasov in Romania. Poiana Brasov is the most popular Romanian ski resort and an important tourist centre preferred by many tourists not only from Romania, but also from Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland and other European states. It is located at about 1,312 yards (1,200 m) above sea level near the city of Brasov in Romania. The church has been built in the Maramures architecture style.
