Tribute to Swimming Sculpture – Barcelona, Spain

The Tribute to swimming sculpture (Spanish: Homenatge a la natació) is a sculpture located on the Sant Sebastià beach in Barcelona, Spain. It was designed by noted painter & sculptor, Alfredo Lantz. It is one of the many sculptures that were erected on the occasion of the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona. The sculpture features abstract silhouettes in bronze that symbolize swimming through its different categories: water polo, speed races, synchronized swimming and diving.
